ClarityStack is a trade name of Clarity Performance LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. You can reach us at daniel.baker@clarity-performance.com.

Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your business name, the service you're interested in, how you heard about us, and your message.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect anything about you if you simply browse the site without submitting the form.

Your inquiry is delivered to our email inbox so we can reply to you. That is the only purpose. It is not stored in a database, added to a mailing list, sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing.

Email delivery is handled by Resend, and spam filtering by Cloudflare Turnstile. Both process your submission solely to deliver and protect it.

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third party, so loading a page does not notify anyone else that you visited.

Inquiries stay in our email inbox as ordinary business correspondence. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Colorado and California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold about them, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
